Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. You’ll manage 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging customers before routing them to the right agents.
Requirements: Good English skills, Windows 10 laptop, quality headset, reliable internet (15 Mbps+).
Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM | Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs12,00.00 – Rs120,00.00/month | Location: In-person
