Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join the Crossnotch Firm team. As an SB Agent, you will handle 600-800 incoming calls daily, qualifying and engaging customers, and forwarding calls to appropriate agents.
Shift Timings: Night Shift, 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (Windows 10)
- Good quality headset
- Reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps)
Compensation: Commission-based salary ranging from Rs 5,00.00 to Rs 120,00.00 per month.
