Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you will handle 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Compensation: Based on QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings and retention bonuses.
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Requirements: Good English skills, a laptop with Windows 10, a quality headset, and a fast internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Proficiency in computer use, strong listening and multitasking abilities, and a commitment to achieving targets.
