Job Description
Crossroad Consultants is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and motivated Immigration Case Processing Officer. This role involves managing immigration applications for clients relocating to the USA, Canada, and Australia. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of immigration policies, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee application processes, review documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, communicate effectively with clients, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration processing, and fluency in English are required.
