Job Description

Crossroad Consultants is on the lookout for a skilled and results-oriented Social Media Specialist to become a vital member of our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Implement online advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Facebook to boost brand visibility.
• Support SEO initiatives and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
• Proficient usage of Photoshop/Canva is required.
• Demonstrated experience and effective management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems are essential.
