Job Description
We are seeking motivated Cold Calling Specialists for our USA Campaign at CSR SERVICES LLC. This opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to 250,00 PKR, along with a commission of $100 for each successful closing.
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Work Hours: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (PST)
Available Positions: 6
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA.
- Offer cash proposals for properties.
- Record property conditions and seller motivations.
- Address inquiries and objections with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Prior cold calling experience is an advantage.
