Job Description
Join Dave’s Pest Control, LLC as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Customer Support Department located in Bahria Town Phase 4, Corniche Road, Rawalpindi. The position requires on-site attendance from 5 PM to 2 AM. The successful candidate will assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage inbound calls.
- Utilize CRM software to assist customers.
- Provide tailored solutions to customer needs.
- Upsell products when appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in English with a neutral or American accent.
- Strong computer skills.
