Job Description
Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US hours). Delta Gulf LLC is in search of a skilled MEP Estimator for our construction projects in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess robust skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing estimation, along with the capability to mentor junior estimators under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and develop cost estimates.
- Prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate closely with project managers.
- Lead and provide guidance to junior estimators.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of MEP estimation experience, coupled with strong analytical skills.
