Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join Digilaxy Ltd! In this vital role, you will deliver essential technical support to facilitate seamless operations across the organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing our IT infrastructure, monitoring network performance, and ensuring reliable internet connectivity. Additionally, you will install and configure software for the Design Team, troubleshoot attendance machines and printers, and assist with onboarding new users.
We are looking for a qualified candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. This is a full-time, on-site position, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs60,00.00.
