Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is seeking a committed Cold Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will identify and qualify potential leads by targeting property owners and landlords using platforms like Zillow. Your key responsibilities will include initiating outreach efforts, scheduling meetings with the CEO, and managing follow-up communications to enhance conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify rental properties on Zillow.
- Cold Outreach: Engage landlords through phone, email, and text communications.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate property compatibility and landlord interest.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange appointments with the CEO.
- Follow-up Management: Cultivate leads to improve conversion rates.
- CRM Utilization: Record interactions using CRM software.
