At Digitech Outsourcing Solution, we are a premier inbound customer service provider catering to clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. We are currently seeking dedicated candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, particularly those knowledgeable about US or UK campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone.
• Address service inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Engage in training sessions and team meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues as required.
• Demonstrate flexibility in shift scheduling for coverage.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 70,00.
