Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative to provide fast, high-quality chat, email, and phone support on rotating shifts for our Short-Term Rental (STR) project. You will assist guests with account and administrative issues, communicate clearly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Requirements: strong written and spoken English with a neutral American accent, error-free writing, good typing speed, quick system learning, and shift flexibility; 1 year CSR experience preferred.
• Compensation and benefits: Rs75,00–Rs80,00/month, paid training, annual raises/bonuses, fuel allowance, and paid leave. Immediate hiring.
