Job Description
DINERS is seeking a Branch Manager to lead in-store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service at our Karachi outlet. The role includes supervising daily store activities, coaching and motivating staff, managing inventory and merchandising, analyzing sales performance, coordinating promotions with Head Office, addressing customer issues, ensuring cash and policy compliance, and preparing performance reports.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management.
- Experience: 3–5 years in retail (fashion preferred) with proven leadership.
- Skills: Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time · Salary: Rs70,00–Rs90,00/month · Work Location: In person, Karachi.
