Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team at DR JAVED FAROOQUI. In this role, you will be responsible for promptly and professionally answering customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities: Address customer messages, resolve inquiries, confirm orders, update order statuses, drive sales, and promote our products.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate or Graduate level
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Urdu and intermediate English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
