Job Description

Dubizzle Labs is excited to announce the expansion of our engineering office in Pakistan and is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to join our vibrant team of over 400 professionals. This pivotal role will focus on streamlining the order management process, reinforcing our dedication to delivering outstanding value to customers across ten countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily reviews of incoming customer orders.
• Communicate with sellers to ensure timely order acceptance and dispatch.
• Coordinate with logistics for pickups and tracking.
• Proactively address delays and follow up on missing updates.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain SLA compliance.
• Monitor order statuses within internal systems.
• Respond to queries from sellers and customers effectively.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce order fulfillment operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
