Job Description
Eastgate Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist. In this vital role, you will assist customers by answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in a prompt and professional manner. Your objective will be to achieve a 70% resolution rate on first contact while managing customer complaints with empathy and aiming for an 80% satisfaction rate.
Your duties will include documenting technical issues, remaining knowledgeable about our products, and engaging proactively with customers to assess their needs. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and at least 1.5 years of call center experience. Proficiency in English is essential. This position is located in Lahore and requires in-person attendance.
