Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with outstanding English communication skills. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, effectively engaging with clients based in the UK and converting leads into successful surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contacts with potential clients.
- Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Utilize CRM tools for efficient client management.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,00 – Rs100,00 per month
Location: Johar Town, 2 PM – 11 PM, 6 days a week.
