Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable Sales Executive to join our esteemed team at ecruiter. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing administrative and operational support, managing communications, scheduling meetings, and overseeing social media management.
Your key responsibilities will include answering customer calls, addressing inquiries, documenting interactions in our CRM system, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in the BPO industry and demonstrate exceptional English communication skills.
This is an onsite position with working hours from 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM.
