Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Calls Agent to supervise our call center team, uphold service excellence, and drive customer satisfaction through targeted coaching and process enhancements. The role requires active leadership, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of call handling.
- Lead and mentor agents; manage escalations and schedule shifts.
- Monitor KPIs including AHT, CSAT, and SLA; optimize call scripts and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Requirements: 3+ years in a call center role with at least 1 year supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, CRM proficiency, and flexibility for varied shifts.
