Job Description
Emenac Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Night Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Availability for night shifts, typically from 10 PM to 6 AM, is required.
Compensation for this position ranges from Rs37,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
