Job Description
We are currently looking for a dependable and proactive Office Assistant to enhance our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, running errands, and providing support to staff, ensuring an efficient and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the office, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Prepare and serve beverages for employees and visitors.
- Manage office supplies effectively.
- Assist with printing, scanning, and filing duties.
- Welcome visitors and carry out errands as needed.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
- A valid motorcycle license is advantageous.
- No formal education required; basic literacy is preferred.
Compensation: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
