Job Description
Emeriosoft is currently seeking a dedicated IT Administrator to enhance our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, which includes desktop and network support, ensuring robust system security, and facilitating technology upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and provide support for desktops and laptops.
- Assist staff with hardware and software usage.
- Diagnose network issues and implement effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and VoIP systems.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, along with networking expertise and a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
