Job Description
Eminent Holdings Pvt. Ltd is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated HR Officer to become a vital part of our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, overseeing onboarding procedures, and developing training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing recruitment and onboarding initiatives
- Designing and implementing training and development programs
- Managing employee performance assessments
- Conducting workforce planning
- Generating reports and analytics for HR-related data
Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Qualification: Relevant degree required.
Duty Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM, 6 days a week.
Location: Garden Town, Near Barkat Market, Lahore.
Job Types: Full-time, entry-level.
Pay: Monthly salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00.
