If you’re a recent graduate excited to embark on a career in travel and tourism, we invite you to apply for the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) position in our Ticketing & Tours Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange air tickets, hotel bookings, and transportation for individuals and groups.
- Assist with ticketing through Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
- Design travel itineraries and create tour packages.
- Manage cancellations, reissues, and fare quotations.
- Collaborate with airlines, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a relevant field (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- A strong desire to learn and advance in the travel sector.
