Job Description
We are seeking a Vendor Development Manager to establish and manage supplier partnerships, identify and qualify new vendors, negotiate contracts, and enhance vendor performance. You will lead vendor selection, conduct risk and cost analyses, implement quality standards, and collaborate with procurement, operations, and engineering to meet product and delivery objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management or sourcing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in supplier performance metrics, contract management, and continuous improvement
