Job Description
Experts Communication is actively seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, demonstrating outstanding communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
Salary: 35,00 – 50,00 PKR (commensurate with skills and experience)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Responsibilities: Professionally manage incoming calls, address customer inquiries, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent communication abilities, and readiness to work night shifts.
