Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is in search of a highly skilled and proactive Female Customer Representative Supervisor to lead our dedicated customer support team. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills in both English and the local language, demonstrable leadership qualities, and a talent for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide customer support officers to ensure optimal performance.
- Achieve client conversion targets efficiently.
