Fairchance for CRM is looking for a talented and experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant to improve client satisfaction and foster business development. In this pivotal role, you will assist clients in implementing CRM software, tailoring solutions to their specific needs, and streamlining their business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client processes to assess CRM requirements.
- Implement and customize CRM solutions effectively.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to client personnel.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
