Job Description
Fairways Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Sales) for our night shift team located in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. In this role, you will engage with clients in the US and Canada by managing calls, addressing inquiries, and promoting our logistics solutions. This in-office position requires exceptional English communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify customer needs and upsell services effectively.
- Achieve sales KPIs while keeping accurate records.
