Job Description
We seek a creative, detail-oriented Architect to lead residential, commercial, and interior projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include developing concepts, layouts, 2D/3D drawings and visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion/3ds Max; presenting proposals; coordinating with engineers, designers, and contractors; conducting site visits; ensuring code compliance; managing schedules and vendors; and delivering sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
- Requirements: B.Arch or equivalent, 2–5 years’ relevant experience, strong visualization and presentation skills, knowledge of construction methods and building codes, multitasking ability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Terms: Full-time, in-person. Salary Rs40,00–Rs80,00/month plus performance incentives, opportunities for professional growth, a creative work environment, and lunch provided.
