Job Description
Faletti’s Grand Hotel Multan is seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Officer to make reservations, greet guests, and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay. This role involves attending to distinguished visitors, handling complaints, and providing information about our services and the local area.
- Greet guests and assist VIPs.
- Prepare welcome folders.
- Anticipate guest needs and log complaints.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in hospitality management and 2+ years of experience. Excellent communication skills are essential. Note: Only female candidates are eligible.
