Job Description
Fathom Technologies Private Limited is seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the BPO sector. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong history of identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement strategic sales plans.
- Conduct thorough market research.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts effectively.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
