Job Description
Fauji Foundation is seeking a dedicated Software Support Technician to ensure the efficiency of our IT infrastructure by delivering vital technical assistance to our internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record user complaints and troubleshoot issues related to the Medix System and hardware.
- Resolve technical problems through remote access to the Medix System.
- Collaborate with IT teams to effectively address user concerns.
- Install new hardware, operating systems, and software as required.
- Assist in managing hardware inventory and resolving networking issues.
Qualifications: Applicants should have FSc/FA/Matric with a Computer diploma and 2-5 years of experience in network and hardware support.
