Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MEAL Officer to become part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing and executing monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) processes.
The MEAL Officer will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to assess project impacts, ensuring accountability to beneficiaries, and developing learning initiatives aimed at enhancing program performance. Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential for this role.
