Job Description

Fission Tech is seeking an HR Trainee for a 6-month performance-based program that has the potential to transition into a full-time position. Located onsite at Clifton Zamzama, Karachi, the selected candidate will support essential HR functions, including onboarding, HRIS updates, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in the HR field.

Responsibilities: You will assist with the onboarding process, support attendance tracking, and contribute to HR communications.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
