Job Description
FiveRivers Technologies is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. In this full-time position, you will serve as the primary liaison for our international clientele, facilitating effective communication and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role within the technology sector. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is mandatory, along with outstanding English communication skills.
This position is based in either Gulberg II or DHA Business Hub, Phase VII, Lahore.
