About the Role: Fluffy Fluffy UK is looking for a dedicated Finance & Business Performance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our retail locations. This position will integrate hands-on bookkeeping with strategic analysis to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bookkeeping and payroll processes.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements as well as cash flow reports.
• Offer insights for financial performance enhancement.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Work closely with accountants to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in finance management.
• Strong understanding of UK SME finance, preferably within the food and beverage or retail sectors.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
