Job Description

Location: Airport (Karachi)

Shift Timings: Rotational (A, B, C Shifts)

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations across all shifts.
• Manage employee attendance and disciplinary actions.
• Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Maintain shift-specific HR records and ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in HR.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
