Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for committed individuals to join our team as Production Helpers. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs37,100.00, with overtime compensation at Rs357 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various production processes
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
- Provide support to machine operators and senior team members
Qualifications:
- Physically fit and motivated
- Availability to work in shifts
- Previous FMCG experience is a plus but not required
