Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager Sales to join our dynamic team in the Construction and Building Materials sector based in Peshawar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Lead Generation Officers.
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Lead Generation Officers.
- Establish and nurture relationships within the painter and contractor networks.
- Utilize local product knowledge to drive sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree combined with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, particularly within the painter and contractor communities.
