Job Description
Genozone International is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in call center hiring. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing and recruiting top talent and possess strong communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities: Develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months of HR recruitment experience in a call center, excellent interpersonal skills, and familiarity with recruitment tools.
Working Hours: 6:30 PM to 1 AM
Location: Gulshan E Iqbal 13A, Karachi
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
