Job Description
Gerry’s International, a proud Licensee of FedEx, is seeking a committed Recovery Supervisor to ensure a 100% collection rate within the designated territory. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in verifying customer accounts and managing invoicing responsibilities.
- Oversee the packing and delivery of invoices.
- Ensure accuracy in invoice reconciliation.
- Develop daily follow-up sheets for collection efforts.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment matters.
- Address disputes and generate payment receipts.
Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualifications: Intermediate or Graduate level education.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a related role.
