Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Office Boy to support daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and professional workplace. Duties include maintaining common areas and restrooms, serving tea and coffee to staff and visitors, performing basic administrative tasks (photocopying, scanning, filing, and mail handling), running errands and purchasing supplies, greeting and directing visitors, and preparing meeting rooms.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication, attention to detail, time management, professionalism, and flexibility
- Ability to multitask, follow instructions accurately, and work on-site
