Job Description
GIFT University, located in Gujranwala, Pakistan, is actively seeking an Executive to deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating Zoom meeting links, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and ensuring compliance with university protocols. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining databases, organizing events, and collaborating effectively with students, faculty, and stakeholders.
Qualifications: A minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university or institute.
Experience: At least 1.5 to 2 years in an administrative or management role.
Required Skills: Exceptional communication, strong operational management, and proficient use of MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and AI tools.
