Job Description
Glixen Technologies is seeking a motivated Product Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an outstanding experience with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Develop deep product knowledge to resolve customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Communicate customer feedback to product teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
