Job Description
Global Formations is looking for a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling both inbound and outbound customer calls with courtesy and professionalism. Your primary focus will be to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues while accurately documenting each interaction.
Collaboration with team members is vital in refining our customer service processes, ultimately improving the overall experience for our clients.
