Job Description
Global Immigration Consultants is excited to invite applications for the role of Customer Engagement Officer. We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to manage and elevate our online presence. The successful candidate will engage effectively with our audience across various digital platforms, cultivate meaningful relationships, and serve as the voice of our brand.
Key Responsibilities: Responding to client inquiries, delivering accurate information, ensuring exemplary customer service, and building community trust through social media engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating automated workflows for YouTube content.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, familiarity with service processes, and demonstrated experience in customer engagement or social media management are essential.
Location: 10-K, Phase 1, DHA Lahore, Pakistan | Shift: 10 am to 6 pm (Mon-Sat) | Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract.
