Job Description
Global Nexus Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our inbound sales team, targeting the USA market. This full-time position requires candidates to be fully fluent in English and have experience with telecom services such as Xfinity and Dish-TV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to potential clients in the USA.
- Assess client needs to qualify leads.
- Present our Mobile Selling services effectively.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in international telecom.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions.
Compensation: Rs 45,00 – Rs 50,00 per month, plus uncapped commission opportunities.
