Job Description
Global Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder to source, bid, and secure projects in Website & Mobile Development, UI/UX, and Graphic Design. This is a full‑time, night‑shift (Mon–Sat), on‑site role in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi.
- Responsibilities: craft tailored proposals, manage Upwork messages and client calls, evaluate project requirements, coordinate with design/dev/PM teams, track bids and conversions, and meet monthly targets.
- Requirements: 2–4 years as an Upwork bidder or BDE with proven success, excellent English, strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client‑management skills.
