Job Description
Globe Call Center seeks motivated UK Cab Dispatchers & Operators to join our Islamabad operations team. In this full-time, on-site role you will assign incoming UK cab bookings, monitor driver routes and schedules using GPS and dispatch software, update drivers and customers, log trip details, and resolve passenger concerns while ensuring compliance with company and transport standards. Candidates must have at least one year of taxi/transport dispatch experience, familiarity with dispatch and routing tools, strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Office location: Plot No. 206, East Service Road, I-10/3, Islamabad.
